1. Paper Filtration Media (Cellulose Fiber) 

 

 Efficiency: 99.9%

Description: Our paper filtration media is engineered to deliver superior performance by capturing the finest dust particles. Perfect for environments where a clean intake is critical and engine airflow comes second.  This media has been formulated to meet and exceed the strict efficiency and air flow standards of OEM vehicle manufacturers.  Paper media can be pleated without screen mesh and is typically protected by a galvanized steel inner or outer wire.

Notes:

• High dust-holding capacity
• Most cost-effective filtration media.
• Dry media, will not cause problems with downstream sensors.
• OEM media sold on most cars and trucks throughout the world. 
• Not washable / Not reusable.

 

2.  Oiled Cotton Filtration Media

 

Efficiency: 96%

Description: This is our most popular filtration media.  It flows air like nothing else while trapping 96% of dust particles.  The multi-layered cotton, pleated with 2 layers of epoxy coated aluminum screen gives it the rigidity to withstand harsh vibrations and repeated cleanings.  Our cotton filters are oiled with our proprietary red or blue oil.

3. High-Performance Dry Media (Synthetic Blended Fiber)

 

Efficiency: 98%

Description: Our high-performance synthetic filter media has been formulated with proprietary blends of synthetic fibers to achieve a balance between filtration efficiency and airflow.  This media features higher particulate removal efficiency, lower pressure drop, better performance in humid conditions, and enhanced media durability.

 This synthetic media is dry AND washable!  Dry media means you don’t have to worry about intake sensors giving bad readings.  It is more resilient to moisture, vibration, heat and chemicals compared to paper media.  This has been the air filter media choice by many of the top off-road race teams because it can withstand long races in the harshest of conditions.  This synthetic media can be pleated in multiple layers to customize the airflow and dust holding capacity.
